Since the last century, information theory has been proposed, information is the most common property of universe, but it is also difficult to understand, it has shown its increasingly important position. Readers who have read my first two works should know that I started to analyse the information in the most complex life systems in universe, analyzed the symbol encoding information system that supports operation and evolution of life systems, and thus proposed the "self design theory" or "intelligent system evolution theory" of life evolution.When we have basically clarified the essence of consciousness phenomena in the second work, we must have discovered the most important event in the evolution of the universe, which is the creation and evolution of the information universe. The information universe is also known as the pure information world or the non-material world, and these terms have the same meaning, with the aim of distinguishing it from the current scientific research on the physical universe.
The information universe comes from breakthroughs in knowledge and technology accumulated within living systems. As a result, in the highly complex and rapidly responsive synaptic network of biological neurons, simulations of physical spacetime have been achieved. The sampled and processed neural information with logical and mathematical relationships is organized into intuitive pure information objects and events in the quasi spacetime dimension of the individual's brain, thereby establishing sensory perception and creating a true center for consciousness phenomena based on neural networks.
Due to the phenomenon of constantly regenerating and destroying individual consciousness, it is actually a shared class spatiotemporal dimension of the same nature. Therefore, the fusion of individual class spatiotemporal dimensions is an inevitable process, starting from the initial fusion between established unstable private areas and gradually merging into stable public areas of the non-material world. The consciousness of higher animals can develop consciousness bodies, which can exist and evolve in the common domain of the non-material world, while consciousness at the level of humans can develop higher consciousness bodies, gaining sustained existence and evolutionary capabilities in the information universe.
The essence of universe is information, and both the physical universe and the information universe rooted in it have evolved under the guidance of information systems. The massive number of individuals that once existed in living systems, up to each individual, have been forced and unconsciously added to the complexity of information systems. However, in the end, at least a part of humanity has received rewards and become an advanced pure information thing that continues to exist in the information universe.
After in-depth scientific exploration of the evolution of the physical universe, especially the most complex life systems, it led humanity towards the theory of cosmic information. Cosmic information theory can reveal the core principles of the existence and evolution of the universe. From the perspective of scientific research, an advanced and comprehensive scientific system has been established based on the phenomenon of consciousness. More than two thousand years after the genius speculation of Laozi about the "Dao", humanity has for the first time discovered and understood the essence of information in the universe and the most important event since the birth of the universe, the creation and evolution of the information universe, through rational thinking and scientific perspectives.
However, even with the development of mainstream science, people, especially scientists, still struggle to understand the significance of the evolution of the physical universe and life systems? The reason behind this is that the phenomenon of consciousness, which serves as the starting point of human understanding, is still unexplored by current science, and the development of knowledge within living systems far exceeds the heights that human knowledge has already reached. It is necessary to understand life and consciousness phenomena within the new framework of the self design theory of life or the evolution theory of intelligent systems, and then to recognize the information universe that is still hidden to humans from the perspective of cosmic information theory, because the information universe is the goal and significance of the evolution of the universe and life, and of course, the fundamental meaning of human existence, especially individual existence, has also been discovered.
